What populations do you have experience working with?

I work with people from all walks of life, athleticism levels, and age ranges. From the the working woman who struggles with consistency, to the retired elder statesman who’s lost some mobility or the ex-athletes who have accumulated some limitations and lingering injuries, we’re prepared to help all.Other special populations and/or approaches  that I have qualifications to service and experience with include (but are not limited to) corrective exercise (restorative exercise/Physical therapy like approach to fix poor mobility & unhealthy movement patterns), body re-composition/physique sculpting, power lifting, sports specific (basketball, football, baseball, track & field, boxing), Post-PT rehabilitation, Pre-natal, post-natal, hormonal disorders (Hyperthyroidism, PMOS/PCOS), the Neuro-divergent (Autism, Down syndrome) and those navigating GLP-1 assisted weight loss.

Can I purchase and book completely online?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Find your way to either our Monthly Plans page, or the Preset Plans & Bookings page, and select whatever option works best for you. Keep in my mind that some of the services listed are components of an overarching “Monthly Plan” and will only be available to book once your plan of choice has been purchased. You can make purchases on either page, but you will need to book the individual appointments (calls, sessions, add-ons, etc.) on the Preset Plans & Bookings page.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Our Ascension programs and their respective add-ons can be returned for any reason, for a full refund within 7 day of purchase, as long as no sessions have yet been used yet. Both kinds of Ascension programs and their nutritional guidance add-ons are non-refundable after the aforementioned 7 day window. The in-Person, per session add-on can be returned for a full refund, 7 days prior to the start of the individual session it is being used for. Due to the intellectual property that these services are largely comprised of, all virtual training packages and preset workout plan sales are final.

Question 4

Where can I access my Workout Plans included in a Virtual Training program, Ascension program or purchased individually from the Preset Workout Plans?

Accepted Answer

Your workout plans will be sent in the form of a pdf., to your email address of your choice. If no alternate email is chosen then we will choose the email associated with the purchase as the default. The exercises, along with rep counts, sets and further details will be explained within.

Question 5

What is your late/cancellation policy for training sessions?

Accepted Answer

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the original start time of that session. A "no show" or cancellation attempt made less than 24 hours prior to that session will result in a forfeiture of that session.We are open to occasionally rescheduling, forfeiture free, within the 24 hour cut-off window, when presented with a fair explanation. We cannot promise availability at that point but will try our best to accommodate.We’d also appreciate being made aware if you will be late to a session. Being more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will be treated as a “no show” and as stated before, may result in a forfeiture of that individual session.We understand that unforeseen inconveniences sometimes happen, but we do need changes in your schedule that will affect an appointment with us to be communicated.
